Lyle Ridge

Lyle Ridge is located in the town of Oak Harbor on beautiful Whidbey Island.   

 

Membership in Lyle Ridge Homeowners Association is automatic upon close of escrow at time of purchase, and terminates upon close of escrow at time of sale. The HOA maintains common area landscaping, private streets, gates, and related improvements within Lyle Ridge. Repairs to common areas, architectural review of landscaping and modifications to residences, enforcement of CC&Rs and rules, and collection of the annual assessments are handled by the HOA. 

 

Three homeowners are elected to serve 1-year terms on the HOA Board of Directors as volunteer representatives of the entire membership. Homeowner meetings and elections are held annually in September and are open to the general membership.
